Our beautifully appointed 2 double-bed independent cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four people. For larger parties, an additional flat including 2 bedrooms (3 single beds + 1 double bed), a bathroom and a toilet is available in the main house.

As our guests you are free to explore, for your exclusive benefit, the 5.5 hectares of land and water that form the estate. Nature and wildlife are at your doorstep.

Cycling, walking, boating, bird and fish watching, mushroom picking (season permitting), exploring the beautiful Burgundy countryside and historial heritage, piano playing, reading, painting, drawing, resting, dreaming... can be part of your activities. Fishing, wild swimming, pétanque, badminton and table tennis can also be practiced onsite, and locally, microlighting, canoe-kayak and climbing are also available.

On the other hand, local market, shops and supermarkets in Clamecy (3 kms from Rix) offer all what is needed when in holiday.
